Return Policy

You can Generate return request for the following reasons:

1. Missing or Damaged items in order which you received
2. Received product is different from the website description
3. Changed your mind about the items which you ordered
4. All return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
5. You have to include the promotional gift, warranty cards and any other item which came with your order.
6. You have to submit the order invoice to the pickup person for proof of purchase.
7. Your return is eligible if you return the product within seven days after the delivery.
8. Products which mentioned “Not eligible for Return” in product page are not eligible for return or exchange or replacement.
9. Gifts, clearance sale items, nappies, accessories like cap, bibs, new born clothes and promotional products are not eligible for return.
